This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping others grow, enjoys facilitating learning experiences, and wants to contribute to building a culture of continuous development across the organisation. What You'll Do * Coordinate and deliver induction and onboarding programmes for new team members. * Organise, facilitate and evaluate training programmes across the organisation. * Support with the identification of learning needs and sourcing training solutions. * Assist in the creation and maintenance of the annual training plan. * Work with other trainers in the organisation to develop engaging training materials, presentations and learning resources. * Monitor and maintain training records, attendance and learning metrics. * Support performance, talent and career development initiatives. * Coordinate with external training providers, certifications and professional development opportunities.
