We are currently hiring Legal Consultant / Negotiator - UMR (Derivatives) to join our ranks and provide long term engagement with our Global 500 client in Financial servies sector: Key responsibilities: * Negotiate and review UMR (Uncleared Margin Rules)-related trading documents amongst other derivative documentations. * Ensure agreed terms meet regulatory (UMR) requirements and internal risk/collateral policies, and properly capture margin, collateral and segregation terms.
