The ideal candidate will have consumer and commercial lending experience including short and long-term loan structures, mortgages, and security agreements.  Must have knowledge of compliance regulations.  This position reviews borrower legal documents, prepares consumer and commercial loan packages, assists with closing, post-closing, and internal data management.  The position has daily contact with internal customers.    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:   * 3 years of experience in loan processing required or equivalent combination of      education and experience to perform the essential functions of the job * Consumer compliance (TRID, ) experience * MS Office skills required. * Excellent customer service skills * Strong organization and communication skills * Team player, flexibility, and detail oriented * High degree of accuracy within short time constraints * S.
