TALENT: * Eager, determined to achieve success, and committed to making a difference every day * Compassionate and care deeply about our patients and their experience * Love what you do and where you work * Not afraid to ask questions and grow as a professional * Ability to have open, honest conversations with patients and team members * Self-motivated * Integrity belief in everything you do KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: (Job Description Available Upon Demand) * Supports and implements the practice mission and strategic vision within their respective departments. * Handles confidential information requiring professional discretion and compliance with protected health information, data integrity and security policies. * Performs selected nursing and administrative duties, and assist the physician as part of the clinical care. * Assists physician with patient visits, including rooming and interviewing patients, recording vital signs, enters information in patient’s electronic medical record, obtains blood or urine samples for analysis, and assists with procedures as needed. * Assists in maintaining client records. * Administers and documents medication under physician’s order. * Confers with families, agencies, and pharmacies regarding patient care. * Organizes exam rooms, including general cleaning, upkeep, and re-stocking of supplies. * Provides medication education to patients regarding medication effects and side effects. * Other clinical or administrative duties as assigned to meet practice needs.
