What You'll Be Doing As a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor, you'll partner with experienced team members to help deliver high-quality survey projects while continuing to develop your skills and professional judgment. Your responsibilities will include: * Assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of survey projects from kickoff through final delivery * Preparing and reviewing survey documents, including boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS surveys, plats, legal descriptions, and related mapping products * Collaborating with field crews, technicians, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate and timely deliverables * Performing survey calculations, research, and analysis to support project objectives * Supporting client communication and helping maintain strong professional relationships * Ensuring work meets regulatory requirements, professional standards, and internal quality expectations * Participating in occasional field activities to stay connected to project operations and gain valuable hands-on experience What We're Looking For * Active Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required * Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred * Recently licensed, or within the last several years and looking to continue growing professionally, are encouraged to apply! * Understanding of boundary, topographic, and construction surveying principles * Familiarity with survey software and industry technology (Trimble, Civil 3D, etc.) * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and desire to build a long-term career within a growing organization What Makes This Opportunity Different?
