We are looking to add a LVT to our talented Emergency department! Schedule: * Three 12-hour shifts * Overnights and swings Available! * Day shifts:8am-830pm * Overnights: 8p – 830am (shift differential) * Swing: 2pm-2am * Schedule would NOT be a combination of days and overnights unless requested.  Compensation: * $28 - $38 pending skills assessment leveling * Shift Differential * M-TH Overnights: Base + $4 * F-Su Overnight: Base + $6 * Sa/Su Days: Base + $4 Common Skills used within ER as an LVT: * Venipuncture & IV catheter placement * Triage & Assess patients/obtain vitals. * Critical thinking * Providing nursing care/monitoring to hospitalized patients. * Anesthesia, Surgery prep, Patient recovery * Running in-house lab testing & use of Cubex * Filling prescriptions/Dispensing oral and iv medications. * Drug administration.  * Radiographs * Provide client education! * ECG monitoring * Advanced CPR * RECOVER certification provided for all employees. Advanced skills include (but are not limited to): * Central lines * Placing urinary catheters * Placing nasogastric tubes * Placing nasal cannulas * Maintaining indwelling tubes (chest tube, feeding tube) * Blood transfusions About You: We're looking for candidates who embody excellence and dedication.
