WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Lifecycle Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for building and executing the prospect email programs that generate MQLs and drive new business pipeline for Braze. You will build, test, and optimize multi-touch email nurture programs — including industry-specific drips, product nurtures, and campaign-aligned sequences that move prospects through the funnel and convert interest into qualified opportunity. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented email marketer who is energized by execution, curious about performance data, and excited about how AI can accelerate personalization, increase testing velocity, and create efficiencies across the prospect email program. In this role, you will: * Build, QA, and deploy prospect email nurture campaigns and sequences, including Media and Entertainment, Retail, Financial Services industry drips and product-aligned sequences * Run A/B tests across subject lines, CTAs, and content to improve open rates, click-through rates, and MQL conversion * Maintain audience segmentation, Canvas logic, and suppression rules for existing nurture flows in Braze * Partner with Marketing Operations on campaign tracking and integration with our lead scoring model in Salesforce * Produce monthly prospect email metrics reports * Explore AI-powered tools and workflows to improve email personalization and execution efficiency WHO YOU ARE * 2-4 years of experience in email marketing, CRM marketing, or lifecycle marketing * Hands-on experience building and managing email campaigns in a marketing automation platform - experience Marketo is a strong advantage * A data-driven approach to email optimization - you use performance data to identify what's working, form a hypothesis, and test it * Solid understanding of segmentation, list management, lead scoring, and email deliverability fundamentals * Strong attention to detail and a high standard for QA before any send goes live * Comfortable working with Salesforce or similar CRM for list management and funnel reporting * Comfortable collaborating across distributed, global teams #LI-Hybrid WHAT WE OFFER Braze benefits vary by location, and we encourage you to review our specific benefits offerings for each country here.
