KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: (Job Description Available Upon Demand) * Implements and supports the practice mission and strategic vision within their respective departments. * Handles confidential information requiring professional discretion and compliance with protected health information, data integrity and security policies. * Proven competency conducting own Initial Diagnostic Interviews prior to starting therapeutic services. * Provides individual counseling services using a variety of treatment modalities. * Collaborates with other staff and treatment team to develop treatment plans. * Maintains patient case load and appropriate client records. * Collaborates with relevant agencies and family as needed. * Provides knowledge of community resources and makes appropriate referrals as needed. * Demonstrates critical thinking and function under stressful or emergent situations. * Demonstrates adaptability to changing work demands in terms of priorities that necessitate personal initiative. * Demonstrates excellent active listening skills, verbal, and written communication skills to effectively share knowledge with Chief Medical Officer, medical staff, patients, and their families. * Demonstrates competence in Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities that service to maintain, develop, or increase knowledge, skills, and professional performance. * Other clinical or administrative duties as assigned to meet practice needs.
