RESPONSIBILITIES Position Overview The Live Sales Host is responsible for driving engaging, high-energy live shopping experiences across platforms including Whatnot, TikTok Live, and other social commerce channels. This role combines entertainment, storytelling, sales, styling, and customer engagement to create an elevated live shopping experience that reflects the Dolls Kill brand. We’re looking for individuals with strong on-camera presence, personality, confidence, and the ability to connect with customers in real time while driving sales performance and brand engagement. Responsibilities ● Host live shopping streams across multiple platforms, including Whatnot and TikTok Live ● Present and style apparel, footwear, accessories, beauty, and lifestyle products on-air ● Create an engaging, energetic, and entertaining customer experience during livestreams ● Drive product storytelling, urgency, and conversion through live selling techniques ● Interact with customers in real time through chat engagement, Q & A, and community building ● Collaborate with production, merchandising, styling, fulfillment, and creative teams ● Support live sale preparation, including rack organization, styling prep, and product knowledge review ● Maintain a strong understanding of current fashion trends, Dolls Kill collections, and brand voice ● Assist with social media content creation, promotional videos, and marketing initiatives as needed ● Adapt quickly during live environments while maintaining professionalism and brand alignment QUALIFICATIONS ● Strong on-camera confidence and communication skills ● Outgoing personality with high energy and enthusiasm ● Passion for fashion, styling, music, nightlife, festivals, and alternative culture ● Ability to multitask and think quickly in a fast-paced live environment ● Sales, retail, hosting, influencer, entertainment, styling, or social media experience preferred ● Comfortable performing live for extended periods of time ● Strong customer engagement and storytelling ability ● Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and event-based programming ● Experience with livestream platforms, TikTok, Whatnot, or social commerce is a plus What We’re Looking For We’re building more than a traditional retail team; we’re building a production and entertainment-driven live sales experience.
