Shifts Available: 7:00am - 3:00pm and 3pm - 11pm Daily LVN Responsibilities * Provide direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans. * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. * Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team. * Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility support. * Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies. * Maintain accurate electronic documentation of patient progress and interventions. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
