Key accountabilities and decision ownership : * Complete all emergency repairs in properties as assigned by the Projects & Facilities Manager or Property Administrator * Perform preventative maintenance in properties as assigned by the Projects & Facilities Manager or Property Administrator. * Perform minor electrical installations and repairs. Candidate must have a good working knowledge of electrical installations and be able to work in a safe manner. Possession of wireman licence “A” would be considered an asset. * Perform minor plumbing installations and repairs. * Carry out general maintenance to building fabric. * Carry out small gypsum works, plastering and painting. * Conduct fixture and furniture assembly, installations and minor carpentry work. * Moving furniture and equipment, whilst maintaining a clean and safe environment. * Be able to purchase the required materials to tackle the assigned jobs. * Candidate must have a clean and valid driving licence. * Candidate must be available after normal working hours to work on an on-call schedule. * Candidate must be able to work on own initiative and possess good troubleshooting capabilities. Key performance indicators: * The main KPIs are derived from the CMMS system Upkeep and mainly centred on issue response and  resolution time.
