At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. Snowflake Snowflake is the world's leading AI Data Cloud company, powering the future of data and artificial intelligence. Our mission is to mobilize the world's data — breaking down silos and enabling every organization to unify, govern, and unlock the full value of their data at scale. Built on a single, fully managed platform that is Easy, Connected, and Trusted, Snowflake empowers enterprises to run all of their data, AI, and application workloads — from advanced analytics and machine learning to generative AI and agentic applications — without moving data out of a secure, governed environment. With thousands of customers across every major industry worldwide and a consumption-based model that scales with value delivered, Snowflake is one of the fastest-growing enterprise platforms in the cloud era. We believe that there is no AI strategy without a data strategy — and we are building the platform that makes both possible. Account Executive Team The Account Executive team works closely with internal cross-functional teams and partners to deliver Snowflake's value to customers and serve as trusted advisors on long-term data strategy. The Korea sales organization operates across four industry-aligned teams to drive deep vertical expertise and customer intimacy. As part of our continued investment in Korea, we are seeking a Majors Account Executive to lead the strategic relationship with Global Electronics customer — one of the most iconic and globally significant technology and manufacturing conglomerates. This individual will represent Snowflake across customer's diverse business divisions and serve as the single point of executive accountability for the account. The Impact You Will Make * Champion data innovation across a global conglomerate: Lead Snowflake's data cloud strategy for the global Electronics customer, driving adoption and expansion across its diverse business divisions — including semiconductors, mobile, display, home appliances, and enterprise IT — in partnership with customers and ecosystem partners. * Become a Snowflake expert: Conduct discovery calls, deliver customised demos, and present tailored solutions to prospects and stakeholders across multiple global customer's business units. * Be the trusted advisor: Deeply understand the global Electronics customer's existing and future IT roadmap, digital transformation priorities, and industry-specific challenges to position Snowflake as a strategic platform partner. * Drive full-lifecycle sales execution: Own pipeline generation, opportunity progression, and deal closure across the global Electronics customer account — landing new use cases, expanding existing deployments, and deepening platform adoption. * Build and execute a strategic account plan: Develop and maintain a comprehensive account plan with targeted stakeholder mapping, opportunity pipeline, and quarterly/annual revenue targets. Proactively identify whitespace and cross-sell opportunities across business divisions. * Cultivate executive relationships: Build and sustain trusted relationships with CxOs, IT executives, Line-of-Business leaders, and key decision-makers across the global Electronics customer's corporate and divisional leadership. * Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration: Lead engagement across Snowflake's internal teams — including Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance — as well as regional and global counterparts, to deliver a seamless and unified customer experience. Who You Are Experience & Track Record * 10+ years of field sales experience in the technology industry, with a strong focus on enterprise or major account management in areas such as Data Warehousing, Cloud (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS), Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, Data Science, and/or AI/ML. * Proven track record of managing and growing a major, multi-division account (or comparable large-scale enterprise account) with demonstrated success in exceeding revenue targets and driving significant business outcomes. * Demonstrated experience in navigating complex organizational structures — engaging and delivering results across multiple business units, divisions, or subsidiaries within a single global account. * Experience in the manufacturing, technology, or electronics industry is highly preferred; existing industry relationships and domain expertise are a strong advantage. Executive Engagement & Relationship Building * Established ability to build and maintain C-level and senior executive relationships — including CxOs, VPs of IT/Data, and Line-of-Business leaders — and to leverage these relationships to drive strategic alignment and accelerate deal velocity. * Proven capability to engage key decision-makers and influencers at the executive level, with a track record of converting executive sponsorship into long-term, enterprise-wide platform adoption. Strategic Mindset & Growth Orientation * A growth mindset with a passion for identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities — whether expanding into new business units, introducing new use cases, or driving platform adoption in untapped areas. * Strong strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute long-term account strategies that align Snowflake's platform capabilities with the customer's business priorities, digital transformation goals, and competitive landscape. * Expertise in value-based selling — accurately diagnosing customer challenges, mapping Snowflake solutions to business outcomes, and articulating quantifiable ROI to senior stakeholders. Cross-Team Collaboration & Leadership * Demonstrated ability to lead and orchestrate cross-functional, cross-regional teams — including domestic (Korea) and international (HQ, APAC, global) stakeholders — to deliver coordinated account strategies and exceptional customer outcomes. * Experience working in a matrixed, global organization where success depends on influencing without authority, rallying internal resources, and maintaining alignment across time zones and cultures. * A One Team mindset — collaborative, supportive, and committed to driving collective success across Sales Engineering, Services Delivery, Product, Partners, and other internal teams. Core Competencies * Exceptional communication and presentation skills — with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in business terms to diverse audiences, from technical architects to C-suite executives. * Self-driven with the ability to independently build account plans, sales strategies, and pipeline while maintaining rigor in CRM hygiene and operational excellence. * Passion for data and technology — a continuous learner who stays ahead of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies. * Fluency in Korean (native or business-level) and English (professional proficiency) is required to operate effectively across domestic and global teams. Korea Benefits (Highlights) * Retirement Pension (DC plan) * RSU (Restricted Stock Units) * Mobile data and personal fitness expense support * Annual health check-up for employee and one dependent * Paid Parental Leave * Year-end company holiday Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth.
