What is Domiciliary care? This is care provided in the client's home. As a Draycott carer, you will provide care according to the client’s specific diagnosis and needs. Duties will include: * Communicating effectively with the client and building a strong, lasting relationship * Working closely with the wider Draycott Head Office support team to ensure the best service for our clients * Keeping accurate, factual written accounts of your time with the client via our care management app * An awareness of the client’s emotional and spiritual needs * Observing and following Draycott Nursing & Care’s Health and Safety policy * Complex care such as enteral feeding, tracheostomy, catheter, or stoma care may be included What about the role?
