This is a hybrid role (3 days in office) based at our Los Angeles headquarters. Key Responsibilities: * Support the day-to-day execution of client campaigns under the guidance of a Senior Client Services Manager and/or Director * Manage campaign timelines, trackers, and budgets to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope * Coordinate across internal teams (Creative, Talent, Strategy, Paid Media, Legal) to move campaigns from kickoff through delivery * Sourcing and vetting creators aligned to a brands campaign objectives and guidelines * Own the creator workflow, including briefing, collecting content, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely submissions * Negotiate and contract creators across campaigns in an efficient and timely manner * Monitor campaign progress, proactively flag risks or delays, and help identify solutions to keep projects on track * Support development of client-facing materials, including status updates, reporting, and wrap decks * Maintain clear and consistent communication across internal teams and with external partners What You Bring to the Table: * 2-4 years of experience in creator/influencer marketing, digital marketing, and/or social media * Strong understanding of the creator and influencer landscape, including platform trends and content formats * Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially across timelines, budgets, and deliverables * Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners * Comfort supporting client-facing conversations and communications * Experience with creator negotiations and contracting is a plus * Familiarity with tools such as Google Suite, Monday.com (or similar), and creator marketing platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ) * Passion for social media, internet culture, and creator-led storytelling, with a proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative Compensation $60,000 – $80,000 (base) Pearpop is an equal opportunity employer.
