We're an early-stage, fast-moving team combining a network of expert recruiters with agentic AI tooling. The role. We're hiring a Sales Manager to drive new business for Paraform. You'll manage an existing team of account executives and be responsible for hiring more account executives to our growing sales team. Reporting directly to our Head of Revenue, this is an opportunity to build the foundational processes and behaviors for scaling the sales team. You'll have sellers across all 3 segments in SMB, MM, and ENT. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Foundational 5-8 years as an IC in sales with 2+ years of experience as a top performing Sales Manager at high-growth SaaS or Marketplace startups managing AEs that self-source >20% of their own deals. * Top performer - track record of top sales performance as an IC and manager: quick promotions, consistently beating quota * Strong analytical and reporting around sales performance * Growth minded, both personally as well as for the people working for you WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT * Manage pipeline generation and deal execution across the AE team * Create best practices for pitching, demo'ing, and signing up Paraform customers * Report on sales performance to upper management * Hire and grow the team WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT * Multi-product within six months. You'll shape how new products go to market, not just sell what exists. * The upmarket motion is unbuilt. We're making real money in SMB and seed/Series A and we're nowhere near upmarket. You can be the person who figures out how we get there. * You'll sell to the hottest companies in tech. The logos on our platform are the ones everyone else is trying to get into.
