The individual is responsible for driving software and SaaS revenue through the effective management, mentoring, and training of a team of Sales Engineers as well as a personal engagement with Commvault’s partners, prospects, and customers. This role works closely with the regional Sales Director(s) to ensure the pre-sales organization is effectively able to leverage social media and partner with sales in activating the partner community, driving pipeline, winning opportunities, and will personally participate in sales campaigns and partner engagement. **Candidates must live in the Dallas, TX or Chicago, IL area to be considered for this role** What you'll do... * Provide technical leadership to the district Sales Engineering team, driving a sense of urgency and a measurable standard of excellence, identifying avenues to improve opportunity development and results, presenting them to senior leadership for incorporation into the Commvault standard * Experience with transformational change for organizational management.
