SUMMARY: Amaero Advanced Materials is seeking skilled Manufacturing Operators to join our team and support the production operations of our industrial plant. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of process operations, safety protocols, and troubleshooting production equipment. As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery and equipment to ensure optimal efficiency and production output. Your role is critical in maintaining smooth manufacturing processes while adhering to safety standards and quality regulations. JOB LOCATION: 130 Innovation Drive SW, McDonald, TN 37353 KEY SKILLS: ·       Proven experience as a Manufacturing Operator or in a production role within an industrial setting. ·       Strong knowledge of industrial equipment operations, maintenance, and repair. ·       Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team and other departments. ·       Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail. ·       Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to quality control guidelines. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Execute scheduled production activities and coordinate workflow according to production schedules. * Load and unload raw materials into machines while ensuring the correct quantities are used. * Set up, adjust, and inspect equipment to ensure proper operation. * Monitor machinery and equipment to maintain optimal performance and safety. * Conduct routine checks and coordinate with maintenance personnel to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions. * Maintain accurate operational records and generate reports on equipment and production performance. * Train new operators and ensure all staff adhere to operational protocols. * Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and enhance production processes. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment.    * Ability to train and mentor new operators on procedures and best practices. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: ·       Highschool diploma, general equivalency diploma, or higher collegiate degreed program or certification in a relevant field. ·       Expectation is employee will work 40 hours per week and overtime as required. ·       Must be able to lift to 45 lbs., bend, stoop, walk, sit, and stand throughout 8–10-hour shift.
