THE ROLE YOU’LL PLAY ClassPass is looking for a highly analytical Marketing Analytics Manager to help shape our consumer acquisition and retention strategies. You’ll turn complex data into clear insights, build investment cases, and guide high-impact decisions across Marketing, Finance, and Product. * Own the evaluation, forecasting, and reporting of key acquisition and retention metrics, including variance analysis * Analyze performance across marketing channels and geographies to identify growth opportunities and inform investment decisions * Build and maintain reports and dashboards that give teams a clear view of performance * Develop business cases for new initiatives by sizing opportunities, modeling investments, and delivering clear recommendations * Design measurement frameworks, including media mix models and incrementally tests, to evaluate marketing ROI * Partner with Finance, Product, and Marketing to align business strategy, performance insights, and financial expectations * Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear, actionable way EXPERIENCE YOU BRING * 3+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or management consulting * Advanced Excel modeling skills, including experience building detailed financial models * Experience using SQL to independently access and analyze data * A track record of developing business cases and presenting investment recommendations to senior stakeholders * Strong analytical judgment and a curiosity for uncovering the root causes behind performance trends * The ability to make progress in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment * Familiarity with marketing and growth metrics such as CPA, LTV, and ROI is a plus HAVE WE PIQUED YOUR CURIOSITY?
