You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, design, and media teams to deliver compelling visuals that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. WHAT YOU'LL DO: * Design eye-catching and conversion-focused creative assets for digital campaigns, including banner ads, paid social ads, and landing page visuals. * Design visuals for email marketing campaigns that enhance user acquisition, retention, and re-engagement strategies. * Design promotional materials around new offers and player discounts that support our marketing efforts. * Ensure consistency of brand messaging and design across all digital platforms. * Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and develop creative solutions that align with performance targets. * Work closely with the marketing team to develop high-impact designs for customer retention and acquisition campaigns. * Track and analyze the performance of digital creatives to inform ongoing optimizations and improvements. ABOUT YOU: * 3+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong focus on digital marketing, social media, and email marketing. * Must have at least 2+ years of experience with motion graphics * Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. * Strong portfolio showcasing experience in designing for digital campaigns, social media, and email marketing. * Deep understanding of digital marketing best practices, including user acquisition and retention strategies. * Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams. * Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
