Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Financial Admin: Managing marketing budget reconciliation, vendor invoices, and receipt tracking. * Coordination: Acting as a liaison for physician formulators (managing scripts/approvals) and coordinating PR/media interviews. * Campaign Support: Managing UGC and affiliate creator campaigns, including product seeding and sample tracking. * Reporting & Project Tracking: Coordinating monthly brand reporting across cross-functional teams, following up for on-time submissions, and tracking timelines for packaging/product updates in Hive.
