WHAT YOU WILL DO * Own and optimize all marketing tools, integrations, workflows, systems, and processes. * Support marketing performance tracking and reporting by maintaining dashboards, data flows, and campaign setup across campaigns and funnel stages. * Work across marketing platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, ABM, and analytics tools. * Build, test, execute, and monitor email campaigns and automated nurture programs, and support lead processes including scoring, routing, segmentation, and data quality. * Use AI tools to improve efficiency, automate workflows, and enhance reporting. * Partner with marketing, sales operations and technology teams to improve processes and integrations. WHAT YOU WILL HAVE * 3 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, revenue operations, or a similar role. * At least 2 years of experience in a software company. SaaS or cybersecurity experience is preferred. * Hands-on experience using AI tools for analysis, automation, reporting, research, or productivity. * Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms. HubSpot and Salesforce are an advantage. * Familiarity with 6sense or other ABM platforms is an advantage. * Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and a basic understanding of data management. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with global, cross-functional teams. * A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and curiosity for new tools and technologies.
