More than 50% of the Fortune 500, including 7 of the Fortune 10, leverage our award-winning technology to move their businesses forward with greater clarity and agility. And our customers love us: Optro is top-rated on G2.com and Gartner Peer Insights. At Optro, we inspire each other to innovate and are proud of what we are producing. We spend each day thinking of new ways to help our customers and contribute to the greater good of our company and our surrounding communities. We are all about assisting each other and breaking through barriers to create the most loved audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec platform by our customers. This is how we have become one of the 500 fastest-growing tech companies in North America for the seventh year in a row, as ranked by Deloitte! Why This Role is Exciting This role exists to make sure marketing work ships on time and error-free - that requests get triaged and briefed properly, builds are done right, and nothing goes out the door with a broken link or the wrong audience. You'll be the operational engine of our marketing operations: the person who builds and ships the campaigns, emails and programs the business runs on, and who's accountable for getting it right. You'll own execution end to end - from a request coming in to the work going live, accurately and on time - and you'll also be a hands-on partner on key marketing operations projects. Key Responsibilities  * Building campaigns, emails, and landing pages in our marketing automation platform (Marketo): quick-turn sends, sensitive and internal comms, form and landing-page changes, and list pulls. * Executing marketing emails and campaign builds across our marketing automation platform and other campaign tools. * Building emails and governing our email build platform to maintain on-brand and on-spec. * Serving as the first point of contact for campaign, email, and ops requests: triaging, spec'ing, and routing them. * Owning the marketing operations calendar — launch timing and asset readiness across teams. * Supporting tactical execution on projects — pulling data, building assets, running QA, and handling the hands-on work needed to move GTM initiatives forward. * Communicating clearly and proactively with stakeholders on status, timelines, and trade-offs. * Running the QA gate across our marketing tools and making the ship/no-ship call on routine work against an agreed standard. * Running recurring data hygiene: dedupe passes, list cleanup, and data-quality monitoring against agreed standards. * Documenting campaign ops work and maintaining runbooks, SOPs, and process docs - plus writing clear briefs and tracking delivery for work routed to our agency. * Using AI tools where helpful to optimize marketing workflows Attributes for a Successful Candidate * 2–4 years in a marketing operations or coordination role. * Working experience with a marketing automation platform (Marketo preferred) and Salesforce. * Genuine attention to detail: you catch what others miss and take pride in clean, error-free output. * Strong coordination and communication skills; comfortable juggling multiple deadlines. * Knowledge of email best practices. Nice to Have  * Familiarity with GDPR/CCPA and data-management best practice. * Modular email build platforms (Knak, Stensul, or similar). * Curiosity about AI tooling in marketing workflows. Compensation * At Optro, we provide a fair and competitive salary based on a variety of factors, including: * The scope and responsibilities of the role * Your relevant skills, experience, and certifications * Where you are physically located (based on our regional tier system) Note on Internal Ranges: While the range above reflects our current budget for this hire, Optro maintains broader internal salary grades to allow for future career growth and merit-based increases within the role over time. Perks (PEO locations: Poland, Netherlands, Singapore, UAE) * Launch a career at one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in North America and EMEA! * Monthly work from home allowance - varies by location * Benefits depend on location but include statutory coverage * Competitive compensation & bonus program * Annual leave and holidays * Employee resource groups * Opportunities for team and company-wide get-togethers! *perks may vary based on eligibility/location Our Company Values * Customer obsession: It starts and ends here. Consistently ask yourself how what you’re doing creates value for our customers. It’s a mindset. * Gritty resilience: Make it happen. Find a way. Move fast, stay positive, and do what it takes. * Drive innovation: Create the future. Continuously improve what exists and invent what’s next. * Win, together: One team. No silos, no egos. Drive to be the best and support each other’s success. * Growth mindset: 10x, not 10%. Think in orders of magnitude, not increments. Seek feedback, learn, and improve. Please note that background checks are required. Qualified Applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for Employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act. This role may have access to highly sensitive data, including employee data, customer data, company financials, and proprietary product information. Any submissions without a signed agreement in place will not create a fee obligation.   #LI-Remote
