We are Alfafam, a US-based Management Consulting Company offering tailored services across the country. Our primary goal is to help businesses grow by providing comprehensive support in management, operations, budgeting, marketing, hiring, and onboarding. We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for planning, building, testing, and launching high-performing email and SMS marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate must be experienced with marketing automation, segmentation, tagging, and template creation across multiple email/SMS platforms. Responsibilities: Campaign Creation & Execution * Set up, schedule, and launch email and SMS campaigns across various marketing platforms. * Build and customize email templates, landing pages, and automation workflows. * Implement UTM tracking, dynamic content, personalization tokens, and A/B tests. * Ensure campaigns comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and deliverability best practices. * Maintain brand guidelines across all communication. Automation & Workflows * Create and manage automated journeys/flows, including: * Welcome sequences * Abandoned cart flows * Re-engagement emails * Lead nurturing funnels * Maintain and optimize tagging systems and behavioral triggers. Audience Management * Build and manage audience segments, tags, custom fields, and subscriber lists. * Handle data imports, cleaning, and segmentation for targeted campaigns. * Manage suppression lists, opt-ins, and compliance rules. Required Skills & Experience: * 4–6+ years in marketing strategy, campaign management, or growth operations. * Proven success running B2B or service-based campaigns that improved engagement and conversion. * Strong experience with email marketing platforms such as: * Klaviyo * Mailchimp * HubSpot * Zoho Campaigns * Omnisend * SMS platforms: SMSBump, Twilio, Attentive, Postscript, Klaviyo SMS * Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting (preferred). * Strong understanding of email deliverability, segmentation, tagging, and automation. * Experience with CRM and customer data management. * Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines. The Details: This position is full-time, and remote from Monday to Friday. Standard work hours are 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST (New York time zone) The salary range for this is dependent on location, experience, and skills.
