You will be operating with a start-up mindset and must be willing to help wherever needed - "not my job" is an unacceptable response.   Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, industrial engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered. * 4+ years of experience in materials management, inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment. * 2+ years of experience supervising or leading a team in a warehouse, materials, inventory, or manufacturing environment. * Experience supporting or participating in lean warehouse and material replenishment systems, including PFEP, Kanban, supermarket, pull, and point-of-use concepts. * Experience participating in Kaizen events and structured problem-solving efforts. * Experience working with ERP/MRP systems for inventory and materials planning; SAP, Oracle, or Infor Syteline experience is a plus. * APICS CPIM/CSCP, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing certification is preferred. * Demonstrated career ambition with a track record of growth and increasing responsibility; highly promotable with the potential to take on broader leadership roles within a fast-paced, high-growth organization.   The future is bright at IEM.
