WHAT IS KALSHI? Kalshi has defined a new category: prediction markets. Kalshi allows people to trade on the outcome of any events and turn any question about the future into a financial asset. Kalshi fought for years and legalized prediction markets in the US for the first time in history, is currently the fastest growing financial market in America, and has thousands of markets across politics, economics, financials, weather, tech, AI, culture and more. We believe prediction markets have the potential to be the largest financial market because they turn anything into a financial position. * Our vision: well… build the largest financial market on the planet. * Our mission: bring more truth to the world through the power of markets. Our culture is simple: we hire really talented people, work really hard, and enjoy the climb. We are looking for ambitious and exceptional people to join our (relatively small) team to help us build the next generation of financial markets. MEDIA BUYER WHAT IS KALSHI? We are looking for ambitious and exceptional people to join our (relatively small) team to help us build the next generation of financial markets. ROLE ROADMAP We’re looking for a hands-on Media Buyer to help scale Kalshi’s paid acquisition through disciplined creative testing and daily campaign optimization across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X, and demand-side platforms (DSPs). You’ll own the daily execution that turns creative into growth: launching 200+ ads each week, identifying winning concepts, moving them into scale campaigns, and directing spend toward the strongest performers. Working closely with creative and compliance, you’ll keep campaigns fresh and turn performance data into clear recommendations for what to make and test next. This role requires someone who enjoys being in the ad platforms every day, moves quickly without sacrificing accuracy, and takes ownership of the details that drive performance. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Launch 200+ ads each week accurately and on schedule using an established testing framework, with consistent naming, accurate tracking, and correct targeting and campaign settings. * Evaluate acquisition cost, conversion volume, and spend to determine when an ad has enough data to move into scale campaigns. * Monitor performance, pause underperforming ads once they meet agreed decision thresholds, and direct spend toward the strongest performers. * Track what launched, what worked, what didn’t, and what should be tested next so results inform future decisions. * Give actionable feedback on the hooks, formats, messages, and concepts driving performance, helping the creative team develop stronger briefs and iterations. * Work with creative and compliance teams to ensure assets are approved, correctly formatted, and ready to launch. * Check copy, links, tracking, placements, targeting, and assets before every launch, catching mistakes before they affect performance. WHAT YOU BRING * Proven experience buying media and optimizing direct-response campaigns, with strong hands-on skills in Meta and TikTok. * Experience running campaigns on Snapchat, X, and/or DSPs. * A track record of managing high-volume creative testing and turning winning ads into scaled campaigns. * A strong understanding of customer acquisition cost (CAC), cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS). * Sound judgment about when an ad has enough spend and conversion data to scale, continue testing, or pause. * Strong organizational skills and comfort managing hundreds of ads across multiple platforms. * Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to execute quickly while maintaining accuracy. * The ability to turn campaign data into clear recommendations for creative and growth teams. NYC PAY TRANSPARENCY DISCLOSURE Salary Range: $150,000-250,000 annually, plus equity and benefits. This range reflects current market data for this role. Kalshi has minimal hierarchy and broad variance in experience levels within each title; if your compensation expectations exceed this range, we encourage you to reach out. We’re always happy to discuss OUR CULTURE Meritocracy is at our core, and we value people who take ownership and figure (usually hard) things out. We dream big. We love our craft deeply and are proud of what we put out in the world. We are committed to our vision of building something big… but also useful: a product that brings more truth through the power of markets. Kalshians are Kalshi’s most important asset: we pick Kalshians carefully, so we trust them fully on day 1. COMMITMENT TO EQUAL OPPORTUNITY Kalshi is committed to creating a culture of inclusion and belonging, and we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We believe it is our collective responsibility to uphold these values and encourage candidates from all backgrounds to join us in our mission. All qualified applicants will be treated with respect and receive equal consideration for employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, uniform service, veteran status, age, or any other protected characteristic per federal, state, or local law. If you are passionate about what you do and want to use your talents to support our mission and values, we’d love to hear from you.
