The kind of person colleagues quietly lean on, and members remember. As an Operator at Neko, you'll be the welcoming face of our clinic and a key contributor to our preventive care model. You'll guide members through their visit, perform high-quality clinical assessments, and ensure every interaction reflects genuine care — not just an efficient process. What You'll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months: * Welcome, assist, and guide members throughout their clinic visit, ensuring every interaction reflects a member-first mindset. * Perform accurate, high-quality clinical assessments — vital signs, grip strength, eye pressure, ECGs, point-of-care tests, and phlebotomy — following established standards and protocols. * Maintain exam rooms and uphold infection-control standards to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient clinical environment. * Document assessments accurately and update member records with precision, supporting continuity of care across the clinical team. * Work closely with fellow Operators and clinical staff to refine workflows, elevate quality, and support clinic operations as Neko scales.
