RESPONSIBILITIES * Design and implement statistical evaluation plans for Ataraxis AI models. * Write applications for access to data from completed clinical trials. * Evaluate AI models on data from completed clincial trials. * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and scientists. * Collaborate on research projects with academic and industrial partners. * Contribute to regulatory submissions. * Present findings to stakeholders, including non-technical audiences, and contribute to scientific publications and presentations. * Mentor junior biostatisticians and data scientists. QUALIFICATIONS * PhD degree in statistics or biostatistics, or equivalent experience. Strong track record of publications in biostatistics. * Significant experience in developing statistical plans for analysis of clinical studies, especially data from oncology clinical trials. * Strong problem-solving skills, experience with data visualization and reproducible research practices. * Excellent skills in Python and R. Proficiency in handling large and complex biomedical datasets, including genomic, imaging, and clinical data. * Expertise in survival analysis, Bayesian methods and causality. * Familiarity with modern machine learning methods.
