Duties & Responsibilities: * Review and analyze all requirements and documents for new merchants according to the company’s guidelines. * Handling day-to-day business operations. * Coordinate with the clients and other team members, to ensure that the business onboarding process runs smoothly. * Helping clients in resolving issues and complaints. * Collect, organize data and generate reports using Microsoft office tools. * Maintain the quality of service by obtaining Customers feedback via outbound calls and emails. * Prepare meeting agenda and schedule meetings between the customers and the company. * Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management. * Tracking and reporting on operational performance. Skills & Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business or any related field * Minimum 1-2 years of experience * Experience in CRM & excellent customer service skills * Microsoft Office Skills * Multi-tasking skills & Strong attention to details * Documentation experience * Problem-solving skills & good communication skills * Teamwork
