What you will do: * Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot; * Contribute to the evolution of microservices architecture, ensuring performance, resilience, and maintainability; * Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and integrations across distributed systems; * Improve system observability, monitoring, and logging; * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business needs; * Participate in technical discussions, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives; * Follow engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, automation, code reviews and CI/CD pipelines; * Actively participate in Scrum Rituals (Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective). We are looking for people with: * University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; * Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, Azure DevOps. * Experience with observability tools (New Relic, Datadog, etc), monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting production issues. * Good active listening skills, and the ability to empathize with customers, stakeholders, and other software engineers. * Experience working using Agile methodology in a fast-paced environment. * Intermediate English communication skills, both written and spoken. * Differentials: * Experience with relational and NoSQL databases. * Some knowledge of event-driven architecture and messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.).
