WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Everyone at Higgsfield is an A-player. We’re looking for a Motion Designer who: * Has exceptional taste in motion, composition, and visual storytelling. * Can turn ideas, scripts, and concepts into polished, high-impact motion content. * Moves fast, iterates quickly, and thrives in a high-output creative environment. * Takes ownership of projects end-to-end and constantly raises the creative bar. * Understands pacing, transitions, rhythm, and attention-grabbing visuals for digital platforms. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON * Create motion graphics and visual assets for product marketing, social media, and brand campaigns. * Design high-quality animations, transitions, and visual effects for short-form and long-form content. * Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, video editors, founders, and growth teams. * Transform product features and concepts into visually engaging motion pieces. * Experiment with GenAI workflows to create innovative visual content faster and at higher quality. * Optimize creative assets for engagement across YouTube, Instagram, X and other social platforms. YOUR MUST HAVES * Strong experience with image and video GenAI tools. * Advanced skills in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar motion design software. * Strong understanding of typography, composition, animation principles, and visual storytelling. * Proven ability to deliver creative content end-to-end. * Sharp sense of visual and marketing culture — able to pitch ideas that hook. * Understanding of social media formats, trends, and audience engagement.
