The current product operates on a combination of no-code tools and workflows, and the team is now replatforming to a custom-built application designed for scale, security, and long-term growth. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a small, highly collaborative engineering team responsible for delivering the next version of the platform. You'll contribute across backend services, frontend experiences, AI-powered workflows, and core platform functionality while working closely with the Tech Lead and product leadership to deliver meaningful product outcomes. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys shipping features end-to-end, working across the stack, and contributing to products where technology directly supports business growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Build and maintain full-stack features using Python, Next.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL. * Develop backend APIs, business logic, integrations, and data workflows. * Create frontend experiences, dashboards, and user-facing workflows for business users. * Implement AI-powered features, including document processing, scoring workflows, and LLM integrations. * Support the migration of existing no-code processes into scalable application services. * Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead and product stakeholders to deliver features and improvements. * Write maintainable, well-tested code and contribute to engineering best practices. * Participate in architecture discussions, technical planning, and product delivery efforts. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE MUST HAVES * 6+ years of software engineering experience. * Strong experience building backend applications with Python (FastAPI or similar frameworks). * Strong experience building frontend applications with React and Next.js. * Solid understanding of TypeScript and modern web application development. * Experience designing and consuming REST APIs. * Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and relational database design. * Experience delivering production software across both frontend and backend domains. * Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with technical and product stakeholders. * Advanced English required. * Familiarity with AI tools. NICE-TO-HAVES * Experience integrating LLMs or AI-powered workflows into applications. * Experience migrating systems from no-code or low-code platforms. * Marketplace, fintech, or document-intensive product experience. * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP. * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and modern cloud infrastructure.
