JOB TITLE: Multi-Media Editor DEPARTMENT: Editorial REPORTS TO:   Editor-in-Chief  JOB SUMMARY Prestige is hiring a skilled multimedia editor to create impactful, visual stories in Hong Kong. Reporting to the Editor-in-Chief, the ideal candidate is talented at shooting, editing and producing eye-catching still and moving images for web and social media, with a keen interest in storytelling and design.   This editor will create content to complement editorial projects and campaigns as well as develop new features and opportunities for the brand.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Work with the EIC to create visual features (ie: photography, documentary video, interviews, event coverage) for Prestige and Lifestyle Asia Hong Kong * Create and manage photography and video for web and social platforms * Finding visual ways to complement existing editorial content (interviews, shoots) * Generating ideas for new editorial projects, as well as creative ways to cover sponsored content (digital covers, lists, branded stories) * Supporting the EIC with the creation and execution of campaigns and events * Pitching ideas and pursuing new and interesting stories to tell visually * Working with outside photographers, videographers and illustrators for larger projects QUALIFICATIONS  A passion for lifestyle content (culture, style, F&B) * Knowledge of lifestyle brands in Hong Kong * Strong skills in shooting, editing and production of visual content * Experienced in tools and software required for audio and visual production * Ability to work in and outside of a studio environment * Excellent eye for visuals that match APX Luxury’s brand and identity * Detail-oriented, resourceful and can quickly fast under deadlines * Excellent communication skills in English (Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a plus) * Self-motivated and able to take charge of various projects * Social media-savvy and on top of trending topics in society    BENEFITS   * Medical insurance * 5-day work week * 14 days of annual leave * Opportunity to work with experienced, knowledgeable industry professionals * Opportunity to contribute for both web and print    About us   APXLuxury is one of Asia’s most vibrant and progressive independent media houses.
