With over 10 recognitions from our partners, we continue to win in our markets.   Main Responsibilities * Drives cross-functional execution of projects, across all phases of the project life cycle. * Leads execution of multiple projects or manages an entire program. * Manage scope throughout the project duration. * Maintains accurate program estimates, timelines, project plans, and status reports. * Proactively communicate your plan and accomplishments with internal and external stakeholders, identifying risks and ensuring partnership alignment. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group; developers, product owners, and subject matter experts. * Responsible for empowering others to get better over time. * Learns from project retrospective and applies the learning for future projects.   Qualifications * +3 years of experience in systems applications consultancy, product/project management. * English Fluency with great communication skills. * A passion for technology and solving problems, with the ability to work under pressure and uncertainty, along with a passion for solving problems. * Experience presenting to internal teams and customers. * The strong negotiation and interpersonal skills needed to be effective in a fast-paced high-energy company. * Display initiative, self-motivation and deliver high-quality work while at the same time, meeting all deadlines for both internal and external customers. * Lives in Latin America. * ERP knowledge is a must. * PMP certification is a plus.
