We are looking for a NOC Engineer with monitoring experience to join our new Observability team and support a production environment. Key Responsibilities: * Monitor the infrastructure using monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Icinga / Zabbix). * Respond to alerts and incidents, and resolve issues following procedures and runbooks. * Escalate serious production incidents to DevOps and engineering teams when no procedure exists. * Work on follow-up tasks after incidents. * Improve the observability and monitoring stack, including migrations between monitoring systems. * Write and…
