Benefits: * Health, dental, and vision insurance * SIMPLE IRA with 3% company match  What You’ll Do: * Provide direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism * Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity * Manage challenging behaviors calmly and professionally * Collect and document data accurately * Communicate effectively with supervisors and families * Adapt to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software * Work across home, school, and clinic settings  What We’re Looking For: * A heart for helping children and families * Resilience under stress and challenges * Motivation to learn and grow * Reliability and strong follow‑through * Ability to implement and adapt treatment plans * Prior ABA experience (preferred, not required) * Degree in psychology, education, or related field (a plus) * Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license * Bilingual (Spanish/English) required  Schedule in La Habra, CA:  Afternoon shift: Monday–Friday,  2:30 PM – 6:30 PM Ready to start a meaningful career and make a real difference?
