Position Purpose: The OB/GYN Physician will be a core member of the interdisciplinary Patient Centered Primary Care Team. OB/GYN is responsible for providing medical diagnosis, treatment services, and managing quality health care services to patients of Aviva Health. Provides quality of care to patients, consistent with his/her training and expertise, and appropriate to the ambulatory care setting provided. Acts as consultant for and provides guidance for Advanced Practice Providers regarding clinical practice issues.
