Seeking an OT to work PRN. This fill in position is responsible for evaluating, planning, directing, administering, and documenting occupational therapy services to patients 0-100+ years of age. Administers treatments per established plan of care in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability.
