We are looking for a responsible and organised Offie Administrator to join our team. This role plays a vital role in maintaining the day-to-day efficiency and organization of our office operations.  Responsibilities * Coordinate Office & Administration and operations activities to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies * Organise the office space, maintain the office in excellent condition and arrange necessary upgrades * Liaise with facility management, including cleaning, and security services, deliveries coordination * Provide daily support to team members at the office, as well as with team and sit movements (e.g. stationery, travel arrangements, etc). * Coordinate post-offer pre-onboarding duties and screenings as may be required * Orient team members on office work, culture, and rules * Support new employees with migration issues and local accommodations * Organization of local team-building events for team members * Market research or other collection of local information at the request of the company's departments * Documentary support, office correspondence, as well as withdrawal/receipt of documents on financial and legal issues Requirements * High aspiration to develop in the administration and operation sphere * Driver’s license and a personal car * Written and verbal communication skills in English * Foreign languages: Spanish * Experience with business software such as MS Office Suite and especially Excel * Meticulous attitude and strong attention to detail * Solid motivation and strong organisation skills, along with the ability to work under pressure, set priorities and manage own workload Will be a plus * Prior experience in an international product company in a similar role We offer * 20 paid days per year * 4 days for Public Holidays * Sick leave compensation according to Banco de Previsión Social * Additional family-related leave, marriage leave, and other statutory absences * Professional education budget * Language learning budget * Wellness budget (gym membership, sports gear and related expenses) * Compensation for a medical expenses
