RESPONSIBILITIES * Oversee the Partners Relationship teams, ensuring growth and retention targets are met while maintaining client and partner satisfaction * Develop and execute country-specific marketing plans and business development initiatives aligned with company objectives * Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and support continuous improvement * Manage the departmental budget, ensuring effective use of resources and cost control * Support senior management in developing and executing strategic plans * Lead and manage department projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion * Track performance targets and coach team members to maintain high standards * Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies within assigned country * Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, acting as the primary contact for escalations * Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members * Provide regular reports on progress, challenges, and opportunities REQUIREMENTS * Proven experience as a Business Development Manager with a strong track record in scaling businesses * Experience in building and leading teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments * Successful execution of business development strategies aligned with company goals * Ability to collaborate across teams and drive regional or multi-departmental cooperation * Strong knowledge of local regulations, industry standards, and compliance requirements * Ability to analyze performance metrics, interpret data, and generate reports for decision-making * Strong market awareness, with the ability to track competitor activities and industry trends WILL BE A PLUS * Experience in the FinTech industry * Being located in Uruguay or willing to work from this region * Fluency in Russian or Ukrainian * Fluency in Spanish WE OFFER * 20 paid days per year * 4 days for Public Holidays * Sick leave compensation according to Banco de Previsión Social * Additional family-related leave, marriage leave, and other statutory absences * Health Budget * Sport & Wellness Budget * Learning & Development Budget
