RESPONSIBILITIES * Own market marketing strategy and annual planning. * Drive business KPIs including registrations, FTT, MAU, trading activity and revenue growth. * Own marketing budget allocation and prioritization. * Identify the highest-impact growth opportunities. * Lead cross-functional planning across Product, PR, Community, CRM, Paid and regional teams. * Define market priorities and GTM direction. * Mentor and coordinate the local marketing team. * Represent the market in regional planning and business discussions. REQUIREMENTS * 7+ years in Growth, Product Marketing or Commercial Marketing. * Strong analytical and commercial mindset. * Experience owning business KPIs. * Experience leading cross-functional initiatives. * Leadership potential with the ability to grow into a Market Lead role. * Crypto, fintech or tech experience is a strong advantage. * Native Russian and strong English communication skills.
