About the Role AppLovin is searching for a highly motivated Office Manager with experience in administrative support. The Office Manager will act as the first point of contact for all guests, vendors, and candidates, provide general assistance to visitors and internal employees, have an onsite presence, and deliver exceptional customer service with enthusiasm. This person will be an intricate part of the AppLovin day to day. The ideal candidate has experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and supporting the needs of employees. This role is based in our Berlin office and is a 100% in-office role. Responsibilities: * Be the go-to person for our internal team. Engage with employees daily, supporting and enhancing employee satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving. * Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring all supplies and services meet our quality standards and are delivered on time. * Plan and organize office events and team activities, ensuring they run smoothly and reflect our company culture. * Lead team communications. * Handle food orders and maintain a steady supply of office necessities. * Address any facility-related issues promptly, liaising with service providers and contractors for repairs and upkeep, ensuring regular maintenance, and compliance with laws and regulations. * Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a secure office environment. Manage emergency procedures and ensure the office is prepared for any situation. * Maintain a well-organized, presentable working environment. * Assisting with accounting tasks, which include managing invoices and overseeing the office budget. * Manage in office employee perks program * Assist in processing and coordinating work orders with property management. Requirements * 2-3 years in office management, administrative support or customer service experience * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German (Strong / fluent German level) * Strong aptitude for staying focused and organized in a fast-paced environment * Superior multi-tasking and time-management abilities * Excellent computer skills including Windows, Microsoft Office, Google Applications, JIRA, and Slack * Work experience in high-tech and/or start-up environment preferred AppLovin is proud to be an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
