Nexxen Fraud Alert and Notice: Protect Yourself from Impersonation and Fraudulent Activity We are looking for an Office Manager (Front Desk & Admin) for our TLV office What You’ll Do: * Oversee the office’s front desk, including handling visitors, vendors, and couriers. * Handle office logistics needs and maintenance tasks, including cafeteria operations, office equipment and supplies, cleaning services, etc. * Provide administrative assistance to employees and senior managers. * Support the HR team with various administrative tasks. * Support the recruiting team by handling administrative tasks. * Work from the office 5 days a week.
