We are looking for an amazing Office Manager to oversee all day-to-day office missions.     RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. Maintain company’s front desk (sitting at the front desk) Welcoming company guests and providing administrative support to all company employees. Administrative support for facility management, including coordination and oversight of vendors such as office relocation providers and cleaning contractors. Administrative support to all departments in various areas in HR, Accounting, Legal, Operations, ISO, safety audits and more… Office hours: 08:30 - 17:30 REQUIREMENTS: At least 7 years of practical experience in office administration. Former experience as a Personal assistant to CEO – advantage English - Excellent proficiency verbal and written. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel. Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work. Availability for full time job 08:30 - 17:30 Discreet and trustworthiness Attention to details and problem-solving skills. A people person and service oriented.
