Shield the Tech Team: Handle incoming logistical friction, vendor coordination, scheduling, and team lunches so our developers can stay locked in deep focus. 3. Champion the Culture: Onboard local and remote new starters seamlessly, and coordinate team meetings and gatherings people actually look forward to. 4. Be the Fixer: When unpredictable operational hiccups arise, you are the proactive person who says, "I've got this," and gets it sorted.
