JOB BRIEF We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Part-Time Driver Operations Associate (Onboarding) to support the Driver Onboarding team with day-to-day operational activities. In this role, you will assist prospective Driver Partners throughout the onboarding process by answering enquiries, verifying documents, and maintaining accurate records to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment. WHAT YOU’LL DO Proactively reach out to interested Driver Partners via phone calls to assist with enquiries and support the onboarding process Provide guidance to Driver Partners on onboarding requirements, processes, and documentation Verify submitted documents and maintain accurate Driver Partner records in internal systems Participate in a rostered schedule for weekend and Public Holiday document verification duties to support operational continuity. Depending on business needs, you may be rostered to work one or both weekends. These duties are typically completed remotely and take approximately 1 hour per assigned shift. Assigned schedules will be communicated well in advance. WHAT WE SEEK Energetic, driven, proactive, and detail-oriented Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently Comfortable engaging with people over the phone and providing excellent customer service Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel Able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week Willing to participate in a rotating weekend and Public Holiday support schedule when assigned High potential for conversion during contract term based on good performance and company requirements   To all candidates- Lalamove respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.
