What will you do? * Support site operations including but not limited to open/close procedures; facility maintenance; and inventory, equipment, and furniture management. * Complete administrative tasks such as greeting families and clients, client check- in/check-out, collecting copays, assisting with appointment scheduling, and document management. * Interface with facility vendors and monitor inventory for necessary supplies. * Oversee clerical procedures at the front desk, and handle communication effectively. * Work closely with the Site Operations Manager and schedulers to identify and correct problems relating to same-day scheduling backfills, cancellations, scheduling conflicts, and EMR errors/fixes. * Assist with onboarding of new hires and orientation. * Appropriately communicate and escalate issues to authority. * Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms, maintain cleanliness, and provide therapist support as needed during treatment and/or transitions. * Ensure a safe working environment including removal of safety hazards and following clinic safety protocols. * Cross-train with other roles to ensure coverage of clinic operations. We’d love to hear from you if: * You hold a high school diploma or equivalent. * You have 1+ years of office experience, preferably in healthcare.
