Responsibilities: * Perform multiple tasks to provide operation and documentation support for the Air Operations team; * Handle air freight documents; * Co-ordinate with concerned parties to ensure correct shipment requirements; * Planning & follow-up existing orders. Requirements: * DSE or above; * Minimum 2 years relevant experience in air freight forwarding field; * Candidate with more experience will be considered for a Team Leader position. * Proficiency in MS Office Application; * Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua); * Willing to learn, self-motivated, good communication skills and able to work under pressure; * Night shift is required. ***Fresh graduates will also be considered (Operations position).
