Job Purpose Ensure all wholesale customer orders are processed and delivered on time by meeting service level targets, communicating with customers about order status, and resolving any issues. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Support daily warehouse and order operations. * Process customer orders, coordinate deliveries, and ensure service delivery targets are met. * Assist customers & warehouse staff with inquiries, discrepancies, and order-related issues. * Support delivery scheduling, loading verification, and route assignments. Education: * Must be at least 18 years of age. * High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Job-related Experience: *  Product Knowledge. * Experience with order processing & and dispatch. * Warehouse experience preferred. Computer Skills: * Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Strong communication and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Skills/Attributes: * Able to read and write in English. *  Good communication skills. *  Great attention to detail. *  Effective conflict resolution. *  Polite and professional phone etiquette. *  Ability to work independently and within a team environment. *  Ability to work extended hours, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
