We’re looking for an Outbound Account Executive to bring in new business, take charge of the sales process, and work with high-potential clients across various industries. What’s in store for you: * The opportunity to lead complex, high-value sales processes targeting enterprise clients * Ownership of the full outbound sales cycle, with the freedom to test and refine strategies * Support from a dedicated team of BDRs to help with prospecting and outreach * Collaboration with top-tier professionals and direct exposure to innovative data solutions * A chance to contribute to the product’s growth while earning competitive bonuses for your efforts YOUR DAY-TO-DAY: Taking ownership of revenue goals and driving sales growth Leading the outbound sales process, from discovery to contract negotiations Developing strategies to identify and engage with potential clients in target industries, such AI, as e-commerce, retail, cybersecurity Building and managing a small team of BDRs, guiding them on account priorities and outreach techniques Attending sales meetings with prospects, tailoring pitches, and crafting compelling value propositions Participating in industry events and conferences to expand your network and source new opportunities Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to align on product strategy and provide client feedback Refining outbound sales workflows and contributing to team projects to optimize performance YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES: * At least 3 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, IaaS, or tech solutions * Proven success in managing full-cycle sales with enterprise-level clients * Advanced negotiation, presentation, and objection-handling skills * A track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing deals with diverse buyer groups * Familiarity with modern sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach) and a data-driven approach to prospecting       NICE TO HAVE: Knowledge of IT infrastructure, APIs, or scraping technologies Experience selling to engineering teams or industries like e-commerce, retail, or cybersecurity An additional foreign language (always a plus in international sales) SALARY & BENEFITS: Gross salary: 3300-4300 EUR/month, plus team and individual performance bonuses.
