DESCRIPTION: The Outpatient Behavioral Health Therapist will be a core member of the Outpatient Behavioral Health (OBH) team. The licensed clinician will provide therapy using evidence-based treatments for adults, children, and families, developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the care team. You will work in a primary care, clinic-based environment — with no after-hours on call, weekends, or major holiday shifts — allowing you to focus on what truly matters: providing quality care and achieving work-life balance. QUALIFICATIONS: * Graduate degree (master's or doctorate) from a counseling program approved by COAMFTE, CACREP, or CORE; a program at an institution of higher learning accredited by a regional accrediting agency; or a foreign program that has been evaluated by a credentialing body recognized by the Board. * Current and active Oregon licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist * Demonstrated skill in providing behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning * Commitment to compassionate, culturally responsive care Accepted Licenses: * Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) * Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) * Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) * Psychologist SCHEDULE: * Choice of 4 x 10-hour shifts or 5 x 8-hour shifts * Days only, Monday through Friday * No weekends or on-call requirements COMMUNITY: Located in beautiful Douglas County, Oregon, Roseburg offers an unmatched quality of life.
